The story of RED Pif wine bar in Prague’s Old Town on U Dobřenských Street begun in 2010. Within few years it became a legend in our country as well as abroad and served as a meeting place for all enthusiasts into natural wines, made as in the old days — from unadulterated, naturally fermented grape juice without filtration, sulfites and additives. RED Pif won a number of awards and has been repeatedly mentioned in magazines and books about gastronomy and architecture around the world. The newly reopened RED Pif restaurant combines traditional Czech cuisine, excellent Pilsner Urquell lager with modern French gastronomy and a large selection of natural wines, mostly French, you won’t find anywhere else. The restaurant design is inspired by traditional morphology of wooden pubs.
